The Founder
I'm a Portuguese architect by training, with years of experience in real estate and property development. In 2023, I started working with AI — not as a side interest, but as the missing piece for the industries I already knew. The problems were clear: repetitive processes, data locked in silos, tools that didn't talk to each other. AI was the answer, but the existing solutions weren't built for European businesses.
ImparLabs was born from a simple observation: European businesses need AI systems they can actually own. Not another SaaS subscription that sends your data to US servers. Not a black-box API you can't audit. Real infrastructure, running on European servers, under your control.
My background in architecture and real estate gives me something most AI consultants lack — I understand how businesses actually operate. Today I build self-hosted AI automation for SMEs across Europe, from real estate intelligence tools to enterprise library systems. Every project follows the same principle: if you can't inspect it, own it, and run it without me, I haven't done my job.

We build with n8n, Coolify, Mistral, and other open-source tools. No black boxes. You can read every line of code and swap any component.
Privacy-First
GDPR compliance by design, not as an afterthought. European data stays in the EU. Self-hosted analytics, encrypted storage, minimal data collection.

Compliance is built into our architecture from day one — not bolted on before an audit. Transparent AI, documented decisions, human oversight by default.

We don't just build AI tools for clients — we run our entire operation on the same stack. JUVENAL is our internal AI command center: it manages content, automates workflows, monitors infrastructure, and coordinates everything from LinkedIn publishing to client reporting. If we sell it, we use it first.
